Minimum Age

Minimum age to enter the festival is 16. All visitors must be able to show their identification at any time.

Not Allowed

It is not allowed to enter the venue with the following objects: animals, own food and drinks, drugs, glass, aerosol dispensers, sticks, cans, plastic/ PET bottles and sharp objects and any other object that the organisation can consider as dangerous.
Our security team has the last word in case of discussion. Backpacks will be checked for illegal contents. You can be body-searched upon arrival.

In = In

As always we have to use the In = In rule. Your Stealth Bombers ticket gives you the right ro enter the venue once. If you leave and want to get in again, you'll have to buy a new ticket.
We're very sorry but this rule is a necessity.

Camera's

Photo devices
Digital cameras and/or video cameras are welcome in the venue. Please make as much movies as possible and upload them on youtube!
Please send the links, movies and photo's to info@stealthbombers.be.
Audio recordings are prohibited, and can be confiscated.

Photo-, film, and audio recording
During the event, pictures, audio and film recordings will be made: at arrival all visitors give the organisation silent approval to multiply, exploit and broadcast these images/photos.

Publicity: flyers and posters

Flyers: It's FORBIDDEN to hand out flyers outside of the venue and on the streets by police ordinace to avoid environmental damage. You can put your flyers at the entrance or hand them out in the entrancehall.

Posters: You can hang posters with our permission. Applications can be sent to info@stealthbombers.be.
All applications should be in before thursday 24/09/2009!

Money

There is no Bankcontact / Mister Cash near the venue, so make sure you take enough money with you.

Cloakroom

We will provide a cloakroom at the event for your jackets and backpacks.

Lost Items

All found items will be collected after the event. To retrieve them, send a mail to info@stealthbombers.be. Don't forget to tell us what it looks like ;)
